At Trichology we know things happen. However, in order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you give a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Policy
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with another available designer.
