Cancellation Policy
At Trichology we know things happen. However, in order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our Guests, we require that you give a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to give your Designer a 24 hours notice for two scheduled appointments, then all future appointments must be held with a credit card.
Late Policy
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with another available designer.
Consultation Policy
We are happy to give a 10 minute complimentary consultation. If you decide not to receive services that day after the consultation, there will be a $10 FEE. The $10 can be used during your next visit. Out of respect for the Designer and Guests later that day, please keep all consultations to a max of 10 minutes!
Retail/Tool Return Policy
We stand behind all our retail items. You have 10 days from the purchase date to return any retail items, ALL BRUSHES are non-returnable/refundable. In the event of a returned retail item, you will receive another retail item of similar value. All styling tools must be returned within 10 days of purchase date. Please be sure to register all flat irons, blow dryers and curling irons with the manufacturer to receive their warranty. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETAIL ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Our Professional Service Guarantee
Rarely does it ever happen, but sometimes a client my have a "new look" in mind that they just weren't ready for, a seasonal color change, or just a regular appointment that leaves them dissatisfied. We Strive to Guarantee that all clients who walk out of Trichology Salon look amazing. If you are not 100% satisfied please give us a call within 72 hours(3 days) after the service. We will do everything possible to make you happy. After 72 hours(3 days) without notification, we can no longer do any complimentary fixes. Remember to give your eyes time to adjust to your new color or cut.
