I had been lookinng for a new stylist in the Indy area and made an appointment with Elena at Trichology. I was searching for a stylist that could help me find a new style that was just right for me. So many want to just have you tell them what to do. I was happy to find that Elena was not only interested in what I wanted, but was also willing to give great advice on what would look great for me! I found her to be very friendly and inviting and she did a great job explaining what cut and color would look fabulous on me. She took me from 'long boring blonde' to 'short sassy brunette'. I love it!
If you are looking for a talented stylist that will give you a great cut and color, Elena is your girl! I highly recommend her!

I found this salon online and thought I would give it a try, and glad I did! I love my hair cut! I have tried 4 salons in Indianapolis and this is the first one I completely love, and the first one that has showed me how to cut and style my hair. I had not had my hair cut in about 6 months and I went in and told Jessica that it needed thinned (I have really thick hair) and put into some style but keeping the length. She explained to me how to have my hair cut to give it shape and lay right since it was so thick, for my face shape. She also showed me how to straighten my hair without using a straightener, which now cuts 15 minutes off my morning routine. I have had more compliments on my hair since I had it cut a week ago than I have had in about 4 years. I would definitely recommend this salon. It is worth the price and Jessica has great expertise in cutting hair. Thanks!

I have been a client of Jessica's for atleast 4 years. I was so impressed by her cut, color and way of doing business that I followed her from her previous location in Fishers. In fact, even when I have lived out of the state and out of the country, Jessica has been my only stylist. She keeps a clean and calm salon. The decor is sleek warm. She has the most comfortable shampoo chairs that I have ever had the pleasure of using. I trust Jessica's recommendations on color, cut and products. I would definitely recommend Jessica and Trichology Salon.

I have been going to Jessica for over a year now for hair cuts/color/highlights - she is kind, easy-going, a great listener and very talented. Concerning some of the recent changes and subsequent reviews, I must say that I too was often uncomfortable with the "gossiping" done by past stylists. I too experienced them talking rudely about people by name, some of whom had just left the salon. While I have always loved Jessica, I always wondered what was said about me after I left. I think that the recent changes at the salon were needed, and will in time prove to be very beneficial to the overall relaxing, wonderful environment Jessica provides.
Pros: Talented stylists, relaxing environment, great service!

After reading positive reviews here about Jessica, I decided to give Trichology a chance. I am so very glad I did. Jessica spent 15 minutes listening to me before coloring my hair as I explained that my hair didn't look at all like I wanted. I'd recently had a horrible experience at a different salon, and Jessica listened, offered suggestions, and made me feel as though I was finally in the hands of a professional. Sure enough, the color came out just as I'd hoped, and I've already booked my next two appointments with her. Being new here to Indianapolis, it was very difficult to locate a talented hair stylist. I don't have to look any further. She's the one.

I'm a very busy woman and don't have much time to fuss with my hair. I want it to be easy to manage and look great at the same time. Jessica does a great job covering my gray hair which I can't stand, and gives me a beautiful cut. Most places that I've tried the color seems to fade within a week or two and the gray shows too soon. She has taught me how to dry my hair with this great brush that I got from her in less than 10 minutes. My hair falls into place and looks great, and my color has lots of shine with no gray! I wish I would've found her years ago, but I'm so happy I've found her now! I give this salon and Jessica 5 stars.

I've been a long time client of Jessica's. She also cuts my husband and 3 kids hair. She is always a pleasure to talk with and does an outstanding job on my color and cut. My family enjoys going to her salon. I appreciate her professionalism and skill, her prices also fit our budget. If you are looking for a salon that is family friendly and a highly skilled hairstylist, give Jessica a try. On a side note Jessica, I really enjoyed my appointment this week and love the recent changes you've made, thanks again!

I absolutely love this hair salon and Jessica is amazing. I always love the way my hair looks and I get so many compliments. No matter what look I'm going for, Jessica can help me achieve it with beautiful results. She is amazing at coloring and I highly recommand Jessica and Trichology Salon!!!

Since I've been going to Trichology, my hair has never looked better! I love the way that Jessica cuts and colors my hair. She understands how to work with my hair so that it looks natural. She is an expert! The first time I went to get my hair done I brought a couple of pictures and described how I wanted my hair to look. The next time I let her do what she thought would look good. Both times I left happy and I have never received so many compliments on my hair!! She does such a great job that I even get compliments on my hair several weeks after my appointment!!

I have been going to salon to salon since my past hair dresser moved. I got online and read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. I have been upset for the past 6 weeks on my hair cut and style. I wasn't sure what could be done since my hair is already short. WOW Thanks to Jodi "sunshine" Del Prado I have a new cut and style and found my new salon. She really listened and knew my concerns and did a fab job. Thank you Jodi

Being new to the area I called a salon within walking distance of our temporary housing to make an appointment to get my hair trimmed and highlighted.When they let me know that they require a credit card on file before they would make an appointment for me I knew I had no interest in going there.The next step was to go on line and see what I could find. I FOUND TRICHOLOGY!!! After reading all of the reviews I decided to give them a try and made an appointment with their newest designer, Jodi. She was wonderful. Very friendly,very knowledgable,and very accomodating. My color turned out beautiful (in fact the best it has ever been since I started having it colored),and the trim was just what I needed to make my hair a little more managable. I will definitely be staying with Trichology and with Jodi. Thank you so much!! Carol L.

My first visit was perfect! color, cut, service, atmosphere. Jessica listened to everything I asked for and gave me that and then some! Lush is overrated, dont bother! 40 somethings dont be afraid to try this salon! They do not speak down to you if you are not 20 something like other salons. The price is definately worth every pennie here. The comfort, cleanliness, no loud music blaring, no attitude. Just straight really great cuts, color and experience. Jessica is a magician. You can tell these ladies are truly perfectionists! Please dont go somewhere that makes you put down a credit card before you go there, it is not right! Give Trichology a try! They really are THE best! The only downside is you are so relaxed when you leave you really want to take a nap. Also, no high upselling!

If BLONDE is your color , JESSICA has mastered it ! After visiting other "popular" salons in INDY & CARMEL, I've found THEE PLACE !!!! The staff is friendly , very welcoming ... & PROFESSIONAL ! They have a superior knowledge of hair that is surpassed by none . They DO NOT require you to give your credit card number that they will keep on file like other salons . I come from Scottsdale AZ where blonde is an art ! Jessica definately has the touch . I visited another well known salon where I was greeted by a staff who felt a pretentious attitude would cover their lack of skill to do hair . Who needs customer service like that ? I am in the public eye & need to look the part . Since visiting Trichology , I've continued to get numerous compliments on my beautiful color , healthy hair , and great cut ! THANKS JESSICA !

Finally I have found a hair salon that meets my style needs and style budget! Today I had high/low lights done by Jessica and I was amazed at how she not only listened to my ideas, but carried them through and then did such a wonderful job styling my hair afterwards. I didn’t even have to go home and re-do it! For the past 4 years I have been hopping all over town to just about every spa and salon in Indy (you name it, I’ve probably been there) hoping to find one that is (1) close by (2) personable (3) not outrageously expensive for a stay at home mom’s budget (4) trendy & stylish. I knew it was out there, it just took me a while to find it. The salon is clean, calming, chic and like a breath of fresh air. I really can’t say enough good things about it and can’t wait until my next apt. Thank you Citysearch and Jessica!

This salon is wonderful! It is cozy, yet modern with flair. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Jessica does a great job on color and style. She utilizes her experience and brings new ideas and treands to my hair. She also offers great advise to fit your needs. Great salon! I recommend the salon & Jessica!

Jessica's salon give the best experience from begining to end. The hair washing alone was extremely comfortable. Between the foot rest, pillow for my lower back and the head/neck massage, I felt like i'd been at a day spa already. Thank you Jessica, I love the new place!

Trichology is such a neat new salon. The customer service was perfect from the moment I walked in to the second I left. My stylist Jessica (the owner) really took care of me. She gave me my natural color back and the best haircut I have had in years. She was very picky and wanted it perfect....I like that in a hairstylist. The shampoo chairs are the most comfortable chairs I have been in and I didn't want to get up after my scalp massage. Thank you Jessica, I look forward to my next appointment with you. Congratulations on the new salon, it is beautiful!

If you ever feel like your in a hair rut, try this salon. Very cool place with talented stylists. I've been to Jessica and have had perfect hair for months now. I'm one of those clients that likes to bring in pictures and change up my style here and there. She does a consult everytime and listens to me! She asks me how things have been going with my color and cut, and then it's in her hands. I've been very pleased with my color to cover my greys, with some added highlights up top, really natural looking. My husband has even noticed and complimented me on my hair (I love that!) It is easy to style now with a good cut, and she even taught me how to roundbrush it myself. It's nice to have a salon where I feel comfortable, enjoy the other stylists, and leave with beautiful hair.

I highly recommend Jessica, at Trichology. She welcomes me with a smile, offers me a beverage, gives a great scalp massage and finishes with a perfect haircut. The salon has a unique and relaxing environment. The other stylists are fun too, they all have a great personality. The attention to detail in my haircut and visit to the salon are unbeatable!

I just had a excellent experience at Tricology. Jessica is wonderful! When I left the salon I was looking and feeling great, she gave me the best cut and color I've ever had. She had great ideas and when I left I knew exactly what to do to maintain my style. I love the casual, friendly atmosphere and was very impressed with Jessica's knowlege of color. etc. I will be highly recommending this salon to my friends and family.

Have you just had a major color disaster? If so, then call Jessica Deetz! I first saw Jessica at the salon she used to work at after my previous stylist completely messed up my color. In no time at all Jessica gave me beautiful chocolate brown color with caramel highlights. I couldn't believe how easy she made it seem! I have since become a loyal customer and followed Jessica to the opening of her new salon in Carmel. Having tried three colorists in Indianapolis before finding Jessica, I would never go anywhere else. The personalized attention is fanastic and Jessica not only knows how to color, she knows how to style. Have you ever walked out of a salon hating the way your hair was styled? This will NOT happen to you if you go to Jessica. The salon is relaxing and inviting. You can't go wrong with Trichology.

First time client with Jessica. I'm so pleased! I had color, some highlights on top and a cut. It is so natural looking, yet it is a big improvement on my natural look, subtle- but a big difference. And she was very friendly. I felt like I was in good hands.

My experience at Trichology was wonderful. The staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the ambiance and the staff makes it so fun to sit down and get your hair done. This place is a great new addition to the already growing Carmel community. Much success to the stylists at Trichology!

I am one of those 20-somethings that has neglected their hair for awhile - I was ready for a change, and ready to treat my hair better! I found Trichology on Citysearch and it appeared to be highly recommended so I decided to give it a try - I wasn't disappointed! I went in with a pretty general idea of what I wanted - Jessica spent a long time highlighting, cutting and styling my hair and it turned out great! Even my very picky boyfriend loves it! She was very friendly, easy to talk to and answered all of my questions very well. The salon itself is nice, new and comfortable. It was a relaxing, enjoyable experience and I will definitely be going back.

Jessica is the very best! I started going to her last summer when we moved here from out of state. She came highly recommended from the gals in my neighborhood. Just had my first visit to Trichology, I am very impressed! I am glad that I have finally found a salon in Indiana that I actually get a good cut and color. It was also an enjoyable service, very relaxed but cool salon. Great job Uma, can't wait to come back.
