Jessica is a Pro
Jessica is an amazing colorist and always looks out for what is best for the health of your hair. She stays on top of trends and can listen and interpret a clients needs and wishes.
I've been seeing Jessica for almost 2 years now and I've been pleased with the results after EVERY visit. She even worked with the changing needs of my hair during and post pregnancy. My additional hair growth was incredible and we decided the best way to keep my hair manageable was with a Keratin treatment, all the while keeping up my blonde origins.

FABULOUS!
After reading all the reviews, I made an appointment with Elena and she did a fabulous job fixing the mess my last stylist made with my hair. I left the salon feeling gorgeous with an up-to-date hair style. The salon has a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, the magazines are current and I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with Elena and my hair. The reviews were spot on and I highly recommend this salon.

I've been a satisfied client of Jessica's for almost 4 years now. She always does a nice job on my highlights, my color and cuts. Keeping my color and cut very current with the style trends. My most favorite thing is the keratin smoothing treatment that she introduced me to about 2 years ago. My hair has never been the same since, in a very good way! It has changed my morning routine and cut my blow dry time more than half. I've done it about every 5 months or so to tame my frizzy, half curly-half straight hair.
I want to share my experience since I get so many compliments on my hair and hear the same complaints from other woman that I used to have. I will never have to worry about humidity ruining my style again. It's almost wash and go on my lazy days, which was never possible before.

Very pleased with my experience!
I recently made an appointment with Elena at Trichology salon. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting a great cut or color to give them a try! I had trouble getting to my appointment on time--I was running almost 30 mnutes late (!!)--but when I called Elena she said she could still take me. I felt awful for being late since I know these women rely on their clients to show up and be on time to scheduled appointments. She made me feel relaxed though and got started right away. I got about 6 inches cut off and had her color it a bit darker than my natural color. She also put in some great layers. I was really in need of a great cut (since it had been over a year), and wanted it to make me feel better about my appearance. Elena did such a fantastic job and it was a pleasure meeting her. My friends and family have made lots of comments too and love what she did. She is very friendly and talented. I will be sure my next appointment is her!

I moved to Carmel close to two years ago...after having two unfortunate experiences as other "prestigious" local salons, I drove to my stylist in downtown Chicago. I wasn't risking another bad experience.
I decided to try Trichology and Elena after reading the reviews on Citysearch. I was still really apprehensive, but my hair needed attention...and I just didn't want to drive three hours.
Elena was GREAT! I am SO picky with my color and cut...and both turned out beautifully. I have received so many compliments.
Elena was honest, asked lots of questions, and provided great feedback on what I might really want with my cut and color.
I am thrilled! No more long drives!

Several months ago I switched to Trichology after being with another salon for 8 years. Elena knows exactly how I like my hair to look and she always listens to what I need. Trichology has a great atmosphere and I always look forward to the days I have my appointments. Elena is not only a great stylist but a great friend!

I recently moved to Indy and was looking for a salon. I was going through the Visitors Guide and noticed Trichology Salon was listed and it had received high ratings so I decided to give them a try. I called and made an appt. with Elena to have my hair cut and colored. I have to say this is probably the best haircut I have ever had and my color is awesome. You know you have a good cut when you can style it yourself and it looks just like the stylist did it. Elena took the time to explain why she chose the hair color she did and how to blow dry my hair. I look and feel so much better. Thank you, Elena!

Shawnett is a masterful stylist!
Shawnett is an absolutely masterful stylist! Every cut, color and highlight I have ever gotten from her has been nothing less than perfection. I have been a faithful client of hers for many years. She is a great listener and is always up on the latest trends, techniques and products. She invariably takes as much time as is necessary with you. Shawnett also has a delightful, warm personality that makes sitting in her chair a relaxing retreat!

I just want to say how much I have enjoyed having my hair cut and styled at your salon by Shawnett. She has been cutting my hair for many years, and I ALWAYS get compliments after I've had my hair cut. Shawnett has a lot of experience, is thorough, and very friendly! Hair no longer held hostage
Wow! Before Elena, I drove many miles to have my hair cut and colored. I have tried many other stylists and salons in Carmel and Indy but none can hold a candle to Elena. She clearly rises above other sylists and colorists. I have very fine and flat hair. She is able to bring my hair back to life. I no longer need to drive to Chicago for my hair. Thanks Elena!!

Stylist that works with CURLY hair!

I have always had curly hair. Biggest problem is that when I would get it cut, I could never get the same look as I did when I got out of a salon. Went to Elaina, she listened to the pro's and con's about my hair. Elaina not only gave me a great haircut, she took the time and taught me how to style my hair. I love my hair now....I have referred many people to Elaina, everyone with different hair issues.....we all have shared our "chair" stories, we are all happy! WISH I KNEW YOU 20 YEARS AGO!!!!

I had been lookinng for a new stylist in the Indy area and made an appointment with Elena at Trichology. I was searching for a stylist that could help me find a new style that was just right for me. So many want to just have you tell them what to do. I was happy to find that Elena was not only interested in what I wanted, but was also willing to give great advice on what would look great for me! I found her to be very friendly and inviting and she did a great job explaining what cut and color would look fabulous on me. She took me from 'long boring blonde' to 'short sassy brunette'. I love it!
If you are looking for a talented stylist that will give you a great cut and color, Elena is your girl! I highly recommend her!

Great Salon

I found this salon online and thought I would give it a try, and glad I did! I love my hair cut! I have tried 4 salons in Indianapolis and this is the first one I completely love, and the first one that has showed me how to cut and style my hair. I had not had my hair cut in about 6 months and I went in and told Jessica that it needed thinned (I have really thick hair) and put into some style but keeping the length. She explained to me how to have my hair cut to give it shape and lay right since it was so thick, for my face shape. She also showed me how to straighten my hair without using a straightener, which now cuts 15 minutes off my morning routine. I have had more compliments on my hair since I had it cut a week ago than I have had in about 4 years. I would definitely recommend this salon. It is worth the price and Jessica has great expertise in cutting hair. Thanks!
Best Salon for a Cut and Color
I have been a client of Jessica's for atleast 4 years. I was so impressed by her cut, color and way of doing business that I followed her from her previous location in Fishers. In fact, even when I have lived out of the state and out of the country, Jessica has been my only stylist. She keeps a clean and calm salon. The decor is sleek warm. She has the most comfortable shampoo chairs that I have ever had the pleasure of using. I trust Jessica's recommendations on color, cut and products. I would definitely recommend Jessica and Trichology Salon.

I have been going to Jessica for over a year now for hair cuts/color/highlights - she is kind, easy-going, a great listener and very talented. Concerning some of the recent changes and subsequent reviews, I must say that I too was often uncomfortable with the "gossiping" done by past stylists. I too experienced them talking rudely about people by name, some of whom had just left the salon. While I have always loved Jessica, I always wondered what was said about me after I left. I think that the recent changes at the salon were needed, and will in time prove to be very beneficial to the overall relaxing, wonderful environment Jessica provides.

Best haircut and color around.
I'm a very busy woman and don't have much time to fuss with my hair. I want it to be easy to manage and look great at the same time. Jessica does a great job covering my gray hair which I can't stand, and gives me a beautiful cut. Most places that I've tried the color seems to fade within a week or two and the gray shows too soon. She has taught me how to dry my hair with this great brush that I got from her in less than 10 minutes. My hair falls into place and looks great, and my color has lots of shine with no gray! I wish I would've found her years ago, but I'm so happy I've found her now! I give this salon and Jessica 5 stars.

Perfect salon for my family and budget.
I've been a long time client of Jessica's. She also cuts my husband and 3 kids hair. She is always a pleasure to talk with and does an outstanding job on my color and cut. My family enjoys going to her salon. I appreciate her professionalism and skill, her prices also fit our budget. If you are looking for a salon that is family friendly and a highly skilled hairstylist, give Jessica a try.
